Charity Football Match, Hebburn, UK Sept 2006

A great day was had by all at this Charity Match. Many friends, family and supporters came along to watch three games. The venue was Hebburn Football Club which Dave Meldrum secured.

The Youth teams played in the morning. Terry Oliver organised the teams and all the kids had a fantastic time, each received a certificate of participation from the man himself, Richard Young.

A ladies team was also played in the morning. This was hilarious and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the game. Due to the inexperience of the ladies it was decided we would turn a blind eye to one or two ringers (in black wigs!)

The match day was a huge success and raised over £6000 most of this money helped towards completion of the Resource Centre.
