Sea 2 Sea Bike Ride 26th to 28th October 2007

Always an incredible achievement but when the average age of the group is approximately 70 years old a great deal of credit must be given to this unlikely looking bunch of reprobates who recently completed the Coast to coast bike ride from Whitehaven in Cumbria to Tynemouth.

The route is 140 miles long and it took them just 2 and a half days.

Although we are awaiting all of their sponsorship monies, the estimate is they have raised over £1000.

Seriously boys, well done. A fantastic achievement.
