In between all those coffee afternoons Anne Young and Valerie Munro decided to brave the cold North East weather and sell items at a car boot sale. Off they went with all the items perfectly packed and priced at 6.30am!
What a shock they were in for…little did they know, they shone out as novices at the boot sale and were immediately set upon by big burly men pulling at their wares!! However, they managed to hold their own, the weather became bright and they sold over £150 worth of goods. Yes, it was well worth the trauma!!
