Mumias Town Clear up – Kenya 2002


On the same day of our Charity Night the people of Mumias set about organising a town clear up. Richard Young, Matt Black and all the boys from the Mumias Gym helped with the clean up campaign. The Mayor of Mumias officially started the day with a bicycle ride to get the attention of the whole town and guess who rode his little heart out to win the bicycle race? Yes, Richard himself!! Everyone joined in and it was a great feeling of bringing together our two communities.
